Q. Why should we use Timeless Transport for our limousine service?
A. Timeless Transport is not the normal “day-to-day” limousine service; we only use classic and vintage limousines.
Q. Why should I choose a Timeless Transport limousine?
A. Pictures taken in our classic limousines are breathtaking and will be a keepsake that you will always cherish.
Q. Can I rent one your automobiles, to drive myself?
A. No. Our automobiles are rare and expense. We always provide one of our trained chauffeurs to get you to your destination.
Q. Can the vehicles be viewed prior to booking?
A. Yes, please contact us to make arrangements for viewing. Contact us by phone (402) 577-0801 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to view our Rolls Royce.
Q. Are you a licensed limousine service?
A. Yes. We have current Transportation Authority B-1760 from the Nebraska Public Service Commission, adhere to all the PSC requirement and carry proper Limousine Insurance.
Q. What area do you service?
A. We service western Nebraska. A travel charge will be charged for destinations outside Omaha. Please contact our office for details.
Q. Do you charge a minimum number of hours for your service?
A. Yes, we charge a minimum of (2) two hours for most situations. During certain months and time frames, we offer one (1) hour plans.
Q. When does the hourly rate begin and end?
A. Within the Omaha city limits, the hourly rate begins when we reach the pick-up point and ends when we drop you off at your final destination. Outside of Omaha we charge the time to reach the pickup point, and return to Omaha.
Q. What if I keep the limousine for longer than the reserved time?
A. Our normal hourly rate will apply. However, if you think you will need the vehicle for more than your reserved time, please let us know in advance so we don’t book the vehicle for another service.
Q. Is the tip included?
A. If you feel you have received exceptional service, feel free to tip the chauffeur. 15 to 20 percent is customary.
Q. How much deposit is required.
A. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the vehicle.
Q. When is the balance of the payment due?
A. The balance is due two weeks (14 days) prior to the reserved date.
Q. How do I pay for extra, unplanned time?
A. Any extra time can be charged to your credit card, cash or check.
Q. Can the vehicle be decorated?
A. Let us know what you had in mind. Just married signs, flags, and bow, if requested, will be added by the chauffeur.
Q. Do you offer discounts for extended hourly usage?
A. Yes, after the first 5 hours, we offer a progressive discount plan.
Q. Do you have any limousines that will hold more than 4 passengers?
A. Not currently, but let us know your needs, we love to increase our offering based on customer input. We also can refer you to other limousine companies that can provide limousines for whatever your seating capacity requires.
Q. I am looking for classic limo for myself but, I want a regular limo for my bridal party. How can I find limos in Omaha?
